Installing the module

To install the payment module:

  1. Unzip the Sogecommerce_Odoo_17-18_v4.1.x.zip payment module..
  2. Copy the payment_sogecommerce directory from the payment module.
  3. Sign in to FTP server for your merchant site.
  4. Go to /server/odoo/addons/ if you are using a Windows server.
    /var/lib/odoo/addons/[VERSION]/ for Linux server.
  5. If there are no addons in any of these directories, check the addon_path line in the odoo.conf file. The path indicates the location of addons.
  6. Paste the payment_sogecommerce directory.
  7. Sign in to your Odoo Back Office.
  8. Go to Settings menu.
  9. Search for the Developer Tools section, then click on Enable Developer Mode.
  10. Restart the Odoo service via Windows Services.
    Or use the command sudo systemctl restart odoo from Linux.
  11. Go to App menu.
  12. Click on Update Apps List.
  13. Enter sogecommerce in the search bar.
  14. Search for the Sogecommerce Payment Provider module.
  15. Click the Enable button.
