A pre-notification e-mail

The pre-notification e-mail is disabled by default (see chapter Enabling pre-notification).

The payment gateway may send an e-mail notification to the debtor maximum 14 business days before the due date.

The two parties may decide to reduce this delay (see chapter How SEPA direct debit works).
