Payment by token and recurring payment
The services Management of payments by token and Management of payment by subscription are optional.
The interested merchants must sign up for an offer that includes these services. Contact your sales contact.
These services also require the activation of the PayPal Reference Transactions option by the merchant via PayPal.
Prerequisites:
- Enable the PayPal Reference Transactions option.
- Grant permissions to the payment gateway. See: Managing permissions
Available operations:
- Create a token without payment
- Create a token during a payment
- Create a token during a recurring payment
- Create a token upon the creation of a subscription with payment
- Update information associated with the token
- Payment by token
- Create a recurring payment using a token
- Payment with the token creation option for the cardholder.
