CB is an Economic Interest Group that defines the operating procedures for the CB card payment scheme (physical or electronic in case of mobile payments).

After being founded in 1984, CB has continued to develop card payments by incorporating the latest technological and security developments to make them ever more user-friendly, efficient and secure.

Payment by credit card is very simple and takes 2 steps:

Entering the CB card details (card number, expiry date and CVV)
3D Secure cardholder authentication, required by the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2).
