Notifications of “SMS” type
This functionality requires a Lyra SMS account. See FAQ.
You can activate the sending of personalized SMS messages in the following cases:
Notifications sent to the merchant:
- payment confirmation,
- confirmation of token creation and/or update,
- recurring payment confirmation,
To benefit from this service, contact your customer advisorSociété Générale.
Notifications sent to the buyer:
- payment confirmation,
- confirmation of token creation and/or update,
- recurring payment confirmation,
- pre-notification SMS of SEPA direct debit sent to the buyer.
Each time a notification SMS (successful or failed) withdraws one unit from your SMS balance.
